Assistant Accountant Apprentice

Specific responsibilities you will undertake are as follows but not limited to:

Day to day servicing of a portfolio of SME businesses and their owners Accounts Preparation for a range of clients Preparation of Personal Tax and Business Tax computations Calculation and filing client VAT returns Production of monthly management accounts Working with cloud-based systems and assisting clients with migration to cloud accounting Other ad-hoc projects and support for the Director Assist in the accountancy training of junior team members Delivering efficient, effective and professional client service at all times Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
