Apprentice Talent Engagement Coordinator

Your role will include:

Responding to candidate and contractor queries by email, phone and internal systems Supporting onboarding checks, forms and first-day readiness Taking part in engagement activity and keeping-in-touch calls Gathering feedback, data and insights to improve service Working with colleagues across recruitment, onboarding and client teams Learning how to prioritise queries, resolve issues and escalate where needed 

Training:
You will complete the Customer Service Specialist Level 3 apprenticeship with MBKB Training will include structured learning, on-the-job experience and regular support from the training provider and your workplace team
