Your role will include:
Responding to candidate and contractor queries by email, phone and internal systems Supporting onboarding checks, forms and first-day readiness Taking part in engagement activity and keeping-in-touch calls Gathering feedback, data and insights to improve service Working with colleagues across recruitment, onboarding and client teams Learning how to prioritise queries, resolve issues and escalate where neededTraining:
You will complete the Customer Service Specialist Level 3 apprenticeship with MBKB Training will include structured learning, on-the-job experience and regular support from the training provider and your workplace team
