Promote positive relationships in the setting Promote the health, safety and well-being of the children Support the children’s development, learning and play Support key persons carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a group of children and their families; once confident be responsible for a small cohort of children within the room with the support of the staff and management Contribute to the effectiveness of team work To be a role model and be able to showcase high quality practice with regards to individual and group work with children To take responsibility alongside the Nursery Management Team for the safety, security and well-being of all children, staff and visitors at all times To ensure that safeguarding procedures are followed in line with Local Authority and Company procedures To support the Nursery Management Team in supporting the nursery to reach an 'exceptional' grade with Ofsted To embrace, understand and promote The Kinderview Day Nursery Group and to understand the role you play as part of the team to provide high levels of care and education

Training Outcome:
We offer continued professional development once qualified you may want to continue training with us We support and encourage our staff team to further their education through Level 5 Early Years  Level 6 Early Years Teacher SENCO training

Employer Description:
Kinderview Childrens Day Nursery provides outstanding care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years old. We have four playrooms which cater for different aged children. Ducklings room aged three months to two years, a Hedgehog room aged 18 months to 2 years, Owls room aged two to three years and a Preschool room aged three to four years.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, between 7.30am and 6.00pm. You may be required to work on an occasion weekend for social events and fundraising activities.
