You’ll develop the skills needed to provide excellent patient service and support the smooth running of a busy dental practice.
Key duties may include:
Greeting patients and welcoming them into the practice Managing appointment bookings and diary systems Handling patient enquiries both in person and over the phone Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records Supporting the dental team with administrative tasks Ensuring a positive patient experience from arrival to departure Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all timesTraining:
