Answering the telephone/Diverting Calls
Inputting purchase invoices
Booking in of incoming stock deliveries/delivery notes
Scanning and filing documents
Credit Control
Sales order processing, confirming orders with customers and creating Sales Invoices
Arranging Transport of outgoing finished goods
Maintaining Spreadsheets
Meeting and greeting visitors and setting up meeting rooms
General Administration Duties
Training:
This is an 18 Month Apprenticeship.
Training Outcome:
You will be a valued member of our team and further training in other areas of the business may be provided after completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm. Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm. 30 minutes for lunch.
