Apprenticeship – Logistics Operations Level 3

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Administrator to join our team, working within a range of different functions at our UK Logistics Centre in Daventry, Northamptonshire. During your apprenticeship with us, you will learn how a major global organisation operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Supporting operational processes across functions such as Finance, Facilities, Quality, Safety, Transport and Training. Recording and documenting processes and procedures to support standardised ways of working. Planning and coordinating tasks and activities to support day-to-day logistics operations. Supporting quality and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve processes. Using IT systems and data to track performance, maintain records, and support decision making. Assisting with projects and cross-functional activities that improve operational efficiency.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Obtained equivalent of GCSEs in Math’s, English and IT grade 4/C or above, all other subjects at grade 4/C or above and have been a UK resident for 3 years or above. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, Adaptability and willingness to learn across different departments Ability to use initiative, solve problems, Professionalism and a positive attitude

Training:

The role is to be onsite 5 days per week (7.5 hours per day) with 1 study day per month at Northampton College.
