Receptionist Apprentice

Answering phone calls/manning the reception desk Completing admin work such as prescriptions Dealing with patient's queries/booking appointments

Training:

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2.

Apprentices will be allocated a Trainer Assessor and training will be planned and delivered in conjunction with the employer to meet the individual needs of the apprentice.

The apprentice will spend 20% of their working hours in off the job activities and training.

On the job and off the job training will be delivered in the workplace.



Training Outcome:

Potentially a part-time job for the apprentice, must want to learn, be part of a team and get involved in a busy GP practice.

Dependant on needs of the business.

Trainee GPs, foundation year doctors and medical students, Level 4
Clinical Research Practice



Working Hours :
Monday - OFF Tuesday - 12:30 - 18:45 Wednesday - 07:45 - 13:30 Thursday - 13:00 - 18:00 Friday - 08:00 - 17:00 with 1-hour lunch
