Dental Nurse Apprentice
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
Your role will include:
Assisting the dentist in the dental surgery, with clinical situations and dealing with and communicating with patients Assisting the dentist in the dental surgery, with clinical situations and dealing with and communicating with patients Assisting with treatments and using the computer to assist with recording information Ensuring the cleanliness of the surgery and the readiness of instruments and materials for the dentist to use Working in the sterilisation room, you would be responsible for ensuring that all equipment passes through the correct process, ready for reuse
Training:
The apprentice will attend Charles Clifford Dental Hospital 1 day per week.
Training Outcome:
Possibility of full-time employment on the successful completion of the apprenticeship.

We are a long established general dental practice, having occupied our present site for over 100 years. The practice has now been in Mr. Foster’s possession for the last 30 years. We occupy a large converted Edwardian double fronted townhouse, situated on a main road, diagonally opposite Clifton Park and only a short walk (approx. 150 yards) from Rotherham town centre.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
