Apprentice Dental Nurse - MyDentist Talent Pool

Duties will include:

- Reception duties, including answering calls and welcoming patients
- Handling patient queries
- Taking payments
- Booking appointments and follow-ups
- Sterilising and preparing equipment for clinicians
- Maintaining and updating patient records
- Supporting patient wellbeing and overall dental experience
- Cleaning and preparing clinical areas, including dental chairs
- Managing stock and supplies
- Supporting the wider team to deliver excellent patient care

Training Outcome:
At Mydentist, your dental career can grow in many directions. With experience, you could progress into roles such as Senior Nurse, Lead Nurse or Practice Manager With Mydentist-supported training and clinical development, you could advance into Dental Hygienist or Dental Therapist roles, helping deliver preventative and routine treatments You may also specialise as an Orthodontic Therapist, supporting patients to improve the alignment and appearance of their teeth Mydentist provides structured career pathways, mentorship, and ongoing training to help you reach your professional goals in dentistry

Working Hours :
Shifts will be confirmed at interview and will fall within the individual practice’s opening hours, which vary. A typical working pattern is 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday, with flexibility to cover some earlier starts, late finishes and Saturdays.
