Responding to IT Helpdesk queries and managing the ticket queue Troubleshooting hardware and software issues Building and provisioning new devices Performing daily system checks and managing backups Supporting network maintenance and upgrades Delivering IT inductions for new starters Assisting the IT Manager with project work

Training:

Digital Support Technician Level 3. 

Whilst the majority of training will take place at the employers' premises, there will be occasional attendance required at Cirencester College.

Full-time contract - 37hrs a week. 08:30/09:00 - 17:00/17:30, Monday - Thursday. 08:30/09:00 - 16:30/17:00, Friday.
