Kitchen Assistant/Commis Chef Apprentice
Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior kitchen team
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, work areas and equipment
Support the kitchen team in producing high-quality dishes that meet our standards
Help with inventory management and stock rotation of ingredients
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
Training Outcome:
We are looking to build a team from within, bringing in aspiring new chefs into the business in the hope they will progress within the business and go on to be CDP/Sous chefs and even Head Chefs in the future
We are a growing company so looking to build up our teams within our sites in the hope they will step into new roles when they become available

Shifts may vary from 8.00am - 11.00pm to include weekends and evenings
