Administration and Book Keeper Apprentice
Key responsibilities:
Learn and assist with day-to-day bookkeeping (sales/purchase ledger, bank reconciliations, journals) Support preparation of VAT returns and basic management reports Enter invoices and process payments; maintain accurate financial records and filing systems Assist with payroll data entry (training provided) Support month-end routines with senior accountants General office and administrative duties as requiredTraining:
Training will take place within the work place both through their Tutor attending and through on the job work experience

Working Hours :
Hours & working pattern - Minimum 30 hours per week - Monday to Friday (exact daily hours to be agreed)
