Salary: £15 per hour
Location: Sheffield, S3
Monday to Thursday 9.30am – 2.30pm
Our client is looking for a detail oriented and proactive accounts clerk to support the finance function and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. If you enjoy working with numbers and being part of a collaborative team this could be the role for you.
What you will be doing:
1. Financial Record Keeping
Maintains accurate books of accountsRecords income, expenses, assets, and liabilitiesUsing the accounting software, Sage 502. Managing Payments & Receipts
Handles customer invoices and collections (Accounts Receivable)Manages supplier payments (Accounts Payable)Tracks outstanding due3. Financial Reporting
Prepares:
Profit & Loss statementsBalance SheetsCash Flow statementsProvides reports to management4. Budgeting & Cost Control
Helps prepare budgetsMonitors expensesSuggests cost-saving measuresWhat we’re looking for:
Previous experience in an accounts or finance role.
