Business Administrator Apprenticeship

Administer time management system, liaising with Managers & Cell Leaders Assist with preparation of monthly payroll Administration and coordination of Personal Development Reviews, holiday booking and sickness and non-sickness absence, training matrix, and ensuring correct paperwork has been raised, return to work interviews and sickness records and all paperwork associated with employment General human resources administration, filling and update records Maintain and administer Human Resources electronic spread sheets and data bases Ensuring adherence with fire and evacuation procedures Ensuring compliance with applicable codes. laws, rules. regulation, standards, policies and procedures Perform administrative duties, including filing, scanning, processing and preparing documents Continual improvements where appropriate To undertake any other duties that are reasonably required

Training:
The apprentice will attend Coastland College one day per week (term-time only)

Training Outcome:
Following completion of the apprenticeship the right candidate may be offered a position as a permanent member of staff

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (College attendance on a Tuesday)
