Activities Coordinator (Adult Care) Apprenticeship - Chesterfield

About the Role:

We are recruiting for a full-time activities coordinator to work in a care home specializing in residential and elderly dementia care. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a caring environment, who is kind, patient, and reliable. We would like someone who is good at keeping the home lively and fun for all our residents.

The role would be on weekdays and would be between 10am-4pm daily, with a one hour lunch break whilst the resident's are having their lunch.

There role would be for 25 hours per week but additional hours may be given on other roles such as care

You will:

Be passionate about finding new and exciting ideas for the residents to participate in and enjoy Good communication and interaction skills Able to adapt to different residents needs and capabilities  You will be: Reliable : Ensure you are there on time and consistently for your shifts Ethical. We do things the right way and follow our values Passionate about providing a happy and bubbly atmosphere for our residents

Training Outcome:
There is a possibility of being offered a full time role after successful completion of the apprenticeship

Working Hours :
Monday, 10.00am - 8.00pm and Tuesday - Friday, 10.00am - 4.00pm.
