Production Operative

Job Title: Packing Operative
Location: Bolton
Pay Rate: £13.21 to £14.41 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday (06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00 rotating)
Experience: 6 months production experience required
Development: Temp to Perm opportunity for the right person

Assist Resourcing are looking for Production Operatives in Bolton to work with our client, who is is a crisp and popcorn manufacturer. You will be required to be on your feet for your 8 hour shift and you must have previous experience.

Working on a fast paced production line packing bags of pork scratchings onto clip stripsPacking bags of pork scratchings into boxesQuality checking productsWorking in the freezer - handling raw porkLifting boxes of frozen pork weighing 25kg every 2-3 minutes throughout the shiftCompleting paperwork and cleaning down machinery in productionWashing floors and wallsAbout you:
You will be working in a manufacturing environment packing pork scratchings  into boxes, clipping bags onto clip strips and overall quality checking the items you handle. You will have previous experience working in a similar type of role - on a fast paced production line. 

Training will be given, and you must have a good grasp of the English language, and be willing to learn new skills. 

You will be a UK resident (we are unable to assist people with VISAs) and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift.
