An established and welcoming residential care setting is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join their friendly team on day shifts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting both residents and care staff in a leadership capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the care team to deliver person-centred careAdminister medication in line with policies and proceduresAssist residents with daily living activities, promoting dignity and independenceMaintain accurate care records and contribute to care planningLiaise effectively with healthcare professionals, residents, and familiesEnsure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents

Requirements:

Previous experience in a Senior Care Assistant (or similar) roleNVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferredMedication administration trainingStrong leadership and communication skillsA caring, patient, and reliable natureFlexibility to work day shifts, including some weekends
