Property Maintenance Multi Skills Apprentice

The role will involve a wide variety of work, including extensions, renovations, commercial installations, retrofit work, and much more Attend Hugh Baird College 1 day a week to gain a wider range of skills and knowledge You’ll gain experience and skills in basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling, basic electrical work, helping to keep buildings safe and well-maintained and much more 

Training:
Attend college one day per week to gain knowledge & skills The rest of your time will be spent gaining work experience while you earn and learn. 

Training Outcome:

Opportunity if successful completion of the apprenticeship to work for the company.

Based in Merseyside Heywood Electrical & Engineering Services )  has been growing and expanding as an electrical contractor and maintenance service provider since 1983. We are well experienced in the industrial, commercial and domestic sectors working with a diverse client base – from large local authority bodies and well known national companies to small independent businesses.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 08:30 till 16:30 with occasional evening or weekend work dependent on the project and area they are working on.
