Employer Description:

Tekeurope is a hardware-focused company supplying computer spare parts and repair services to organisations within the maintenance and insurance sectors. We work with a wide range of equipment, including desktops, laptops, servers and other IT hardware, offering both new and refurbished components.

The business specialises in component-level repairs rather than helpdesk or software support services. However, we are able to provide a structured environment for an apprentice to learn, practise and develop practical IT and hardware repair skills.

The IT workshop is one of four key departments within the company, alongside sales, finance and warehouse operations, allowing apprentices to gain an understanding of how technical teams work closely with other business areas.
