Business Development Representative
Redline Group is partnered with a global leader in electronics distribution and technology solutions that is seeking a Business Development Representative to support the growth of a key Electronics Instrumentation partner across the DACH and Eastern Europe regions. Based from the Eastern Europe HQ in Krakow on a hybrid basis, this is an excellent opportunity to join a highly collaborative, international sales environment with clear progression opportunities.
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business and expanding market share within the Test & Measurement space. Working closely with internal sales teams and external stakeholders, you will identify opportunities, engage customers, and promote cutting-edge technical solutions.
This position is ideal for candidates with a technical degree who are looking to build a long-term career in technical sales, and who have already gained some exposure to a commercial or customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business and increase market share across DACH & EE Proactively identify and qualify opportunities through outbound activity Manage and grow an active, unassigned customer base Collaborate with internal teams to maximise sales conversion Support key accounts and larger opportunities Deliver regular reporting and pipeline analysis
Key Requirements
Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or similar technical field) Some exposure to sales, business development, or customer-facing roles Strong communication skills (English, German & Polish essential) Commercially driven with an interest in technical sales Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
