Fabric Engineer – FM Service Provider - Healthcare – Barnet – up to £37,000 + Package - No callout

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Barnet, North London, has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Fabric Engineer based in a healthcare building in Barnet. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site. 

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. Any experience working with fire doors or in healthcare environments is advantageous, but not required. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £37,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.
