Social Care Worker - Kerry

AA Euro Healthcare is currently recruiting qualified and experienced Relief Social Care Workers to support residential and community-based services in Offaly.

This is a flexible agency opportunity for motivated professionals seeking relief shifts while gaining valuable experience within established intellectual disability services.

Successful candidates will support children and/or young people in residential settings, delivering high-quality, person-centred care in line with best practice and regulatory standards.

Essential Criteria

QQI Level 7 qualification in Social Care or related disciplineExperience working with vulnerable individuals (homelessness, addiction, or similar)Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and harm reductionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage complex and sensitive situations professionallyGood IT and report writing skillsLegal right to work in Ireland
