About the position

Manage the team and ensure that the staff morale is highOversee the training and development of the teamLead by example with a 5 star serviceSupport the Restaurant General Manager with the day to day running of the restaurant

The successful candidate

Must have experience working in hotels or fine dining restaurants Previous experience working in a high end restaurantA strong knowledge of Food & BeverageA team player with excellent communication skills
