Refrigeration Engineer - Technical Support
Role : Technical Support Engineer – Refrigeration & Catering Equipment ( white goods experience also considered )Location : Brackley Office BasedBenefits: £30-40,000pa DOE / 8.30am – 5pm / 23+8 days holiday / Mainly office based We are a well-established manufacturer that have been established for over 40 years, specialising in providing high quality refrigeration and commercial catering equipment across the UK mainly focusing on Dishwashers, Glasswashers and Ice Machines.
We are currently looking to recruit an office based technical support engineer who will be the first point of contact for our external clients who require support on the equipment we provide.
Duties:· You will be providing first line technical and parts support to field support technicians within authorised Service Partners.
This will involve the logging of technical, spare parts and general enquiries for the field teams and providing the necessary support to them in order to resolve.· Ensure all administration; including the technical call log sheet is completed on time and in full.· Ensure the issues has been diagnosed and there is a suitable solution to the issue· complete diagnosis of the technical issue to enable a suitable solution to the issue.· Attend site visits when and if required occasionally throughout the UK · You will be required to carry out training programmes to ensure you have up to date training on refrigeration and ware wash equipment and customer experience to enable to you give a first class service · Supporting the Technical Manager with documentation and communication.· Provide hands on technical training as required to relevant identified employees.· Carry out PAT testing and machine collaboration as required.
Ensure all relevant documentation/sign off is completed.· Ensure a professional approach is maintained at all times.
