S&L Personnel are recruiting for a number of Production Operatives for a leading concrete moulding plant based in Cadeby, Nuneaton.

This role is Full-time ongoing, with the opportunity of Temp to Perm contract following a successful 12 week probation period.

*WEEKLY PAY* £10.50 for the first 40 hours, after 40 hours over time rate applies at £15.75.

Daily duties will include:

* Working on Production of concrete fencing solutions.
* Preparation of steel, ready to be casted with concrete within the moulds
* Working on your own initiative and with a friendly team
* Maintain excellent Health & Safety standards across the site
* Ensuring quality control standards are met at all times
* Be able to work full-time hours from Monday to Friday (10 hours per shift)
* Flexibility with set shifts starting from 03:00am to 09:00am to accommodate yourself and the client
