From working on gearboxes and conveyors to fault-finding on pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical assemblies—you take pride in your hands-on expertise and practical know-how

What You Bring:

• Level 3 Mechanical Engineering qualification

• Industrial maintenance experience (ideally FMCG, food, or processing environment)

• Ability to work under pressure in a loud, fast-paced setting

• Clear communication skills for a safety-critical environment

• Commutable to Suffolk

The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Role:

• Mechanical maintenance on high-speed production machinery

• Fault-finding with & without electrical drawings

• Working on slicers, conveyors, overhead lines, proseals, vacuum sealers, inverters, and control circuits

• Ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency
