Electrical Supervisor – FM Service Provider – South Kensington – Up to £55,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading FM service provider, overseeing electrical maintenance operations across a large, high-end residential development in South Kensington.

As Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a small on-site team of two engineers, ensuring all planned and reactive electrical maintenance activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards expected within a luxury residential environment. This is a hands-on supervisory role, split 50/50 between management and on-the-tools duties, making it ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge who enjoys leading a team while remaining actively involved in site operations and delivering an exceptional level of service to residents.

Carrying out daily checks, as well as planned and reactive electrical maintenanceActing as first response to electrical and system faults across the buildingOverseeing lighting controls, HVAC electrical systems, and general LV infrastructureSupporting wider facilities operations and escalating issues where requiredCoordinating with mobile support teams and specialist contractorsMaintaining accurate system logs, completing PPM tasks, and ensuring timely close-out of work ordersAbout You
