Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) – Full Time

Location: Lancing

We are working on behalf of a well-established, independent small animal practice to recruit a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their friendly and experienced team. This is an excellent opportunity for an RVN looking to develop their skills within a supportive and progressive environment.

The practice is seeking a motivated and personable nurse who is passionate about delivering high standards of patient care and enjoys working collaboratively within a close-knit team.

The Role

This is a varied and hands-on position offering exposure to a wide range of nursing duties. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the day-to-day running of the practice.

Key responsibilities include:

Theatre and surgical nursingInpatient and day patient careNurse consultations and clinicsLaboratory workOccasional reception duties

The caseload is diverse and includes work with small animals as well as exotics, including rabbits, ferrets and wildlife.

The practice is a busy, independent clinic with a strong local reputation and a loyal, growing client base. The team consists of three vets and three nurses, creating a supportive and collaborative working environment.

Work-Life Balance

Salary & Benefits

Requirements

RCVS registered Veterinary NurseIdeally a minimum of three years’ nursing experienceStrong team player with a positive and adaptable approachGood communication skills and a commitment to high standards of care
