Apprentice Sales Consultant

Develop and maintain strong relationships with house hunters and homeowners Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions Register new applicants and match them with suitable properties. Book property viewings Assist in negotiating house sales between buyers and sellers Maintain accurate records and update our property management systems Learn and keep up to date with the latest property legislation and regulations

Training:
No college realise day 1-1 sessions with your dedicated tutor every 4 weeks Off the job training Fuctional Skills if required

Training Outcome:

The successful candidate will play a key role in our branch, responsible for liaising with buyers and sellers, helping people find their dream homes, and providing world-class customer service.

This role is perfect for a highly organised individual with strong communication skills and a "can-do" attitude. Most importantly, you must have a genuine passion for property and a clear desire to build a long-term career within the estate agency sector. While no prior experience is required - as you will receive full training and support to achieve your qualification - we are looking for someone who is truly excited by the fast-paced nature of the housing market.

Working Hours :
9.00am- 5.00pm including some Saturdays 9.00am- 1.00pm with the time off in lieu.
