Telecomms/ICT Apprentice
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the NOC management team and other internal groups
Provide reporting and analytics to management team
Ensure data integrity of reports and dashboards
Help drive operational efficiencies across the Network
Operations team and wider business through simplifying and presenting our data effectively
Responding to incoming telephone & Email requests from Customers, Zayo support teams and 3rd party teams
Raising Trouble Tickets (Training will be provided)
Ensuring Trouble Tickets are assigned to a relevant support team
Providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and external customers on the progress of faults
Providing support to other members of the Operations team as required
Support with initial fault Triage and Investigation
Arranging and coordinating access to Zayo & 3rd party sites
Specialising in maintenance activities- Event creation, service deconfliction and customer notifications
Training:
To meet the requirements of the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship programme you will need to spend 6 hours a week of your time undertaking off-the-job learning, which will include:
Formal training, including online learning and internal learning events 1-2-1s with your coach and line manager Observing and shadowing colleagues Writing up learning reflections for your portfolioTraining Outcome:
Full-time employment.
