Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Commercial Building – High Wycombe – Up to £40,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in High Wycombe.

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a commercial site in High Wycombe, working within a team of 5 engineers.

The successful candidate will be required to carry out both planned and reactive electrical maintenance, working as part of a maintenance team across the site.

Hours of WorkMonday – Friday8:00am – 5:00pm25 Days HolidayNo Call OutKey Duties & ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and reactive electrical maintenanceEmergency lighting tests and fire alarm checksFault finding on electrical systemsWorking on control panelsChanging ballasts and light fittingsMonitoring BMS systems (hot & cold)Maintain and update logbooksBasic support with HVAC systems where requiredEnsure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulationsRequirementsElectrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 3 minimum)Must be able to provide copies of trade certificatesProven track record in commercial building maintenanceStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsGood communication skillsComfortable in a client-facing roleFor more information or to apply, please email your updated CV to Charlie Long at CBW Staffing Solutions.
