This concept celebrates the finest produce from across the Greek Islands, brought to life through a high‑end casual dining experience. The menu champions simplicity, seasonality, and exceptional craftsmanship and the bakery programme sits at the heart of it. As the sole baker, you’ll lead all daily bread and pasta production, shaping a signature offering for this newly opened restaurant

Producing a daily selection of flatbreads, artisanal sourdough, Parker House rolls, and fresh pastaManaging the full bakery operation independently£36,000 to £38,000 per annumWorking 7am–4pm, five days per weekMaintaining consistency, quality, and precision across all doughs and bakesEnsuring excellent organisation, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety standardsSupporting menu development with new ideas and seasonal specials

Baker Requirements:

Proven experience in artisan breadmaking or restaurant bakery productionConfidence working independently and managing your own production schedulePrevious exposure to Mediterranean or Greek‑influenced baking is advantageousStrong organisational skills and the ability to maintain high standards during busy periodsA positive attitude and genuine passion for craft bakingClear communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working with the wider kitchen team
