Plumber

1x Plumber is currently needed for an ongoing project in Crawley, West Sussex. The role involves carrying out plumbing works within void residential properties for a leading building services contractor.

Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £25.00 per hour
Hours: 07:30 – 16:30 (8 hours paid)
Contract: Ongoing
Duties:

Carrying out plumbing installations and repairs in void houses. Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and within set timelines. Working independently or as part of a maintenance team. Adhering to site health and safety protocols at all times. Occasional Saturday work may be available.

Requirements:

Valid Plumbing JIB Card or NVQ in Plumbing (Essential). Full set of hand tools. Previous experience in residential maintenance or void property works. Reliable with a strong work ethic. Available to start ASAP.
