Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Foot Mobile / London Portfolio - Up to £40,000 + Zones 1 + 2 travel card Exciting opportunity to work for an Established leading FM service provider situated in London.
CBW is currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to cover the landlord contracts on a variety of buildings in the City of London.
The successful candidates will be electrically or mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is a Foot Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plants with particular emphasis on electrical maintenance in all Landlord areas.
In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.
Key duties & ResponsibilitiesEmergency LightingFire Alarm TestingWater TreatmentStatutory ComplianceCarry out Preventative & Reactive maintenance on Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings and compressorsAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Chillers - Re-setBMS System - Monitor (i.e.
