Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Commercial Estate – London Bridge, London – Up to £48,000 per annum - No Call Out 

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based at a unique commercial estate in London Bridge. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be part of a team of 3 engineers, delivering maintenance across a high-end commercial environment.

The successful candidate will be electrically qualified (City & Guilds) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, ideally within a critical environment such as banking or blue-chip offices. Working as part of the on-site team, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance across the estate.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000, no call-out, plenty of overtime, and excellent opportunities for training and career progression.

Hours of Work:

 - Monday to Friday
 - 08:00 am – 17:00 pm


Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Electrical maintenance, including lighting installations, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes, control panels, and power distributionEmergency lighting testing and maintenanceAir conditioning maintenance, including AHUs and FCUs (filter changes and cleaning)Water treatment monitoring (temperature checks)Basic plumbing works, including unblocking toiletsGeneral building fabric maintenance and tenant requestsFCU maintenance and filter changesCarry out all tasks in a professional and timely mannerEnsure health & safety compliance at all times 
Package:
Salary: £45,000 – £48,000 per annumNo call-outPlenty of overtime available25 days holiday + 1 additional day for birthdayCompany pension schemeInternal and external training opportunities 
Requirements:
Electrically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 & 317th or 18th EditionProven track record in commercial building maintenanceMulti-skilled with basic mechanical and fabric knowledgeStrong communication and customer-facing skillsMust be able to provide copies of trade certificates
