Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Knightsbridge, London- £45,000

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial building in Knightsbridge, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Mechanical building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £45,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

Monday to Friday – Split shifts 0700-1600 and 0900-1800 on a weekly rotationKey Duties & Responsibilities
Monitor mechanical plantPumps, Motors, Seals, BearingsAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etcMonitor the BMS systems.Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)General building fabricEscort specialist subcontractors
Requirements
