Customer Service Practitioner Level 2.
Training Outcome:
While there’s no fixed career pathway after completing the programme, it provides a strong foundation for a range of next steps. Most apprentices naturally progress into Sales Advisor roles.

Working Hours :
Rotational shift patterns Monday to Friday that can vary between 8am - 8pm, with possible shifts over the weekend.
