Apprentice IT Support Technician

Provide first-line IT support Log and resolve support tickets Support Microsoft 365 users Set up and maintain IT equipment Escalate issues where required Configure cloud services

Training:

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.



Training Outcome:

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there the possibility of a full-time role available for a hard-working apprentice.

Ceox Services Ltd, founded in 2018, is a specialized IT services provider focused on delivering digital transformation, AI-infused customer services, and technology consulting for the public sector, government departments, and housing associations. 



Working Hours :
Monday-Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm. 3 days per week in the Ceox office and 2 days per week remote.
