Apprentice Civil/Structural Engineer

The apprentice will be designing structures and drafting engineering drawings for the construction of buildings With the help of a senior engineer, the apprentice will undertake structural analysis of steel, concrete, timber and masonry structures Attending meetings with architects and contractors on-site with a senior Engineer

Training:
An accredited BEng degree with Nottingham Trent University on day release The candidate will be on track to achieve IEng certification with the Institution of Civil Engineers upon completion of the apprenticeship The apprentice will be trained by an in-house senior engineer, overseeing the apprentice on real projects in the office The apprentice will attend CPD courses delivered by other companies in the industry

Training Outcome:

The candidate will be on track to achieve IEng certification with the Institution of Civil Engineers upon completion of the apprenticeship, which can then lead to Chartered Engineer (CEng) certification.

The practices are well-established and were formed over 20 years ago. Senior staff have over 30 years of experience in delivering innovative design solutions.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
