After Sales Executive Apprentice

Managing communications with clients, mortgage brokers, surveyors, agents, suppliers, and developers Coordinating and booking mortgage valuations, snagging reports and furniture installations Handling invoicing for the above and placing purchase orders with suppliers Managing and escalating client complaints professionally, aiming for swift resolution Supporting the After Sales Manager, stepping in to help with exchange-related tasks when needed Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training

Training:

Business Administrator Level 3.

You'll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month - NO classroom OR college!) with your tutor and learn about modules including the organisation, stakeholders, relevant regulation, business fundamentals, processes & external factors. You will be given a minimum of 3-hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3-hours of training from your employer.



Training Outcome:

As with any apprenticeship opportunity - if you prove yourself to be a valuable member of the team there is a strong chance of a permanent post within the business.

Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm, Friday 9am to 5pm.
