Apprentice Training Administrator
To provide good quality administrative support in relation to aspects of training and development within the organisation.
To assist in the coordination of our apprenticeship programmes, ensuring a seamless process for both apprentices and managers/mentors.
This role involves creating training schedules, maintaining records, communicating with trainers and participants, and ensuring that training activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Training:
We host supporting workshops regularly throughout the apprenticeship, which you will attend in person at our designated training site/campus. These workshops are carefully designed to support the learning required throughout the apprenticeship programme.
You will work with expert assessors and tutors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession.
You will experience a blended learning model.
Training Outcome:
Expected to become a qualified Training Administrator.
