This is a flagship leadership position, responsible for the full operational and strategic direction of the estate’s hospitality business. The General Manager will act as the driving force behind the guest experience, ensuring every detail, from arrival to departure, is executed flawlessly. This individual will lead a large, multidisciplinary team, instilling a culture of excellence, discretion, and intuitive service.

Requirements

Proven experience as a General Manager or Hotel Director within ultra-luxury hospitalityBackground in leading complex, multi-outlet or estate-style operationsExceptional leadership presence with a hands-on, detail-driven approachExperience managing high-net-worth or UHNW clientele with discretionCommercially astute with strong financial and operational acumenA natural host with an instinct for elevated, personalised service
