Apprentice Receptionist
Your duties will include:
Be responsible for the school reception area, ensuring the first impression of all visitors is of the highest quality Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Deal with the main switchboard taking incoming telephone calls and making outgoing calls as necessary Receive visitors and ensure they sign the visitors book, receive a visitors' badge and they are directed to the safeguarding arrangements Deal with enquiries from students and answer queries and deal with forms for transport, uniform, absence, etc. Deal with mail as appropriate, including franking of mail, providing an effective delivery and distribution service throughout the school, visit post office daily, to post school mail and parcels, deal with recorded delivery, registered packets etc. as necessary Sign students in and outTraining Outcome:

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday (Term time only plus 5 days INSET) 8am - 3.30pm (half hour unpaid lunch)
