Safety, Health, Environmental – Quality apprentice (SHE–Q)

No two days are ever the same, ranging from welding and fabrication activities to the movement and handling of livestock, and everything in between.

Key responsibilities include:

Reviewing risk assessments and policies, ensuring they are correctly implemented across operations Conducting in-house audits and spot inspections to maintain safety and compliance standards Working with external bodies to demonstrate compliance and ensure organisational practices meet required standards and regulations Preparing training sessions and developing training materials to deliver to a wide and varied audience

Training:

Safety, Health and Environment Technician Level 3.

You will be based on the Shrewsbury College London Road campus one day a week, with the remainder of the working week based in the workplace.



Training Outcome:

This is dependent on the candidate and their engagement and progression.

This apprenticeship equips learners with industry-recognised skills, practical experience, and a comprehensive understanding of SHEQ, preparing them to meet both current and future workplace standards.



Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
