Children's Senior Social Worker

We are looking for Children’s Senior Social Worker to join our Children In Care Team

Do not apply for this role if you do not have 3 year’ permanent experience post qualification

About the role

This team works to support, safeguard and plan for the children and young people who are in care. Maintaining accurate and up to date records and producing reports for meetings, reviews and court if needed are proven for the team’s success. They are responsible for providing ongoing support, building relationships with the children and completing regular visits.

About you

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years' post qualification experience in permanent contracts is essential for this role. A successful candidate will have extensive experience in looking after children in care as well as in a children’s front line team.
