Business Admin Apprentice
Reporting to the Company Directors your responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Communicating over the telephone with customers, clients and colleagues. Managing email inboxes. Answering incoming calls to the office. Creating documents. Using Spreadsheets. Assisting with Accounts Payable and Receivable. Creating proposals/quotes fitting the client’s requirements and presenting in a timely manner. Attending event showcases and fairs promoting AR Entertainments services. Helping develop and deliver the business plan and develop the AR Entertainments business. Attend some events to gain understanding of equipment and staffing. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all event details are communicated effectively. Responding promptly and accurately with warmth and friendliness via email or phone to all questions asked by our customers and suppliers. Plan and create engaging content for the website & social media.Training Outcome:
Depending on the circumstances of the business upon completion of the apprenticeship programme there could be a potential position of employment available.
