Our client provides care to individuals with complex difficulties and challenges that require specialised ‘person centred’ support in a caring yet productive environmentAs a care and support worker you will enable the residents, patients or young people across our client’s service to live as independently as possible.

What are we looking for?
Previous care or support work experience preferred, however applicants who are new to care will be strongly considered provided you demonstrate a desire to work with people with complex needsBe attentive and inspire service users to achieve more!Be resilient and help manage some behaviours that challengeMotivated, honest and approachableWilling to carry out personal care requirements where necessaryBe a good communicator and have good attention to detail – the little things make a difference!Reference History (2 references minimum)
