What you’ll be doing:
Leading all back-of-house operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentDriving menu execution rooted in Mediterranean/Greek-inspired cuisineHiring, training, and developing a strong culinary teamManaging food cost, inventory, and kitchen systems with precisionPartnering with ownership on menu evolution and seasonal changesMaintaining consistency, quality, and standards across every serviceWhat we’re looking for:
