A brilliant opportunity for a strong Sous Chef ready for a first Head Chef role, or a hands-on Head Chef who enjoys leading a small team and building a food offer with real potential.
This independent pub already has a solid lunch trade and a strong Sunday roast business, serving around 60 to 80 roasts each week. With around 60 covers at full capacity and manageable service levels through the week, this is a chance to take real ownership without stepping into a huge brigade operation.
You will lead a small kitchen team, drive standards, develop junior chefs, and help shape the next stage of the food offer.
