The culinary operation is broad and fast-paced, with multiple outlets and a style that is quality-driven, relaxed and full of personality. This is a hands-on role for an Executive Chef who can lead from the front, shape the food culture and bring strong operational control.
THE ROLE
Lead the full culinary operation across all outletsSet the tone for food, standards and kitchen cultureOversee service across restaurants, bars, events and in-room diningLead, develop and inspire large teamsBuild calm, organised and high-performing kitchensWork closely with senior hotel leadership and front-of-house teamsTHE BUSINESS SIDE
